Bless your heart, I Adore Ronnie---you're not just generous (and amazing with the production of all things video), but the shots you share are awesome, too! Thank you!
Thank goodness for the hope of more Joseph Shaw, because that is about the only thing that takes even a wee bit of edge off the loss of Lem angst.

You are very welcome! These clips are actually fabulous more because of the person who made the video than just my video player that got the caps off them... My mom has watched the show from the start, but I never cared too much for it. It seemed too predictable - but if Kenny is joining the cast (even for a short while), it'll be my new favorite Sunday show! It makes it easier just to think that Lem escaped and is in protective custody, heh. And that he'll finally find love and maybe start his own family.... Ah, denial, what a gorgeous place to live.

Ah, denial, what a gorgeous place to live. *laughs* Yes, the view from this side of Denial Town is one I'm equally grateful for. The parallels between the characters make it almost impossible not to go there, and it's like a huge band-aid for a heart that's desperately missing Lem before The Shield has even returned without him. *sniffles piteously* Darnit, and here I thought the therapy had worked. ~m&m

Kenny would show up, mysteriously, as Lem's twin brother we never heard of (evil, of course, which is why he was in an insane asylum for years)--seeking revenge. In the meantime, Danny's baby developes a deadly illness and needs a bone marrow infusion from a specific genetic type. Danny can't do it because she has the female gene (ask the writers why!), BUT miracle of miracles, Lem's twin is perfect! (This was noticed by a doctor during surgery to save Lem's twin brother from gunshot wounds suffered in the shoot out with Shane, after he learned Shane killed Lem. Shane bledout on the street, in Lem's twin's arms, weeping in repentance before he died.) When Lem's twin finally wakes up, low and behold... in a tearful, drawn out hospital bed confession to Danny, he says he is actually Lem! You see, Kavedinuts arranged to have Lem's undead body carted away before anyone remembered to check its pulse, which worked out okay because Curtis had amnesia from the explosion and so he could be reprogrammed into thinking he was his own twin brother. He was meant as a plant to cause an internal war within the Strike Team... and, btw, this means Lem is actually Danny's baby-daddy!
Now see how easy was?? Soaps don't let little things like multiple deaths write off characters--why should we?? (but don't hold your breath, hon)

I’m curious if Joseph’s “heroin” problem was actually written before they even cast Kenny for the role. Either way, I find it funny that was his drug of choice ;D
I hope he does become a regular on the show, it will definitely help ease the pain when The Shield does return… of course that little state of denial may work against the writers if people chose to keep Lem alive in their heads, lol. Oh well, as long as they make Shane pay for that “attempted” homicide, heh.
CHIKchick - I like how you think! lol Normally that would be exactly the reason why I don’t watch soap operas, but hell, in this case I will GLADLY accept that path, lol. Of course that would be a total “jump shark” moment for such a fabulous show, but two more seasons without Lem? I don’t know how they can pull it off – well, yeah gimme lots of Ronnie and I will totally forgive them! Mmm Ronnie.
Although I don't see how Lem would hook up with Danny... although the photo shoot the two actors did was hot, the characters never had too much screen time together, certainly no romantic plot... Vic has always been the obvious choice that no one seemed to think the writers would go with - but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar..... But it would have been nice if he could have found love / started his own family... but then he may have turned rat on them to protect his wife and child; but even then I don't see him ever turning on the others. Damn his loyalty.

(but don't hold your breath, hon) That's it, man, all those in favor of CHIKchick for Glen Mazzara's position on the writing staff of The Shield, wave your hand in the air! *waves so hard she creates a breeze* You made that seem so easy---soap fans get all the breaks. They never have to say goodbye...only...'see you in a few months, possibly with a new face!' (Oh, but you forgot about the need to fit in fatal brain clusters somewhere in there. Maybe Shane was under the influence of those before he bled out on the street? )
