If Shane does try to make a deal about Vic killing Terry, would he be able to prove it? I mean as long as Vic sticks to his original story I dont think Shane could prove him wrong. Vic could just argue that he is desperate and is saying anything to get off the hook for Lem's murder.
This is why I dont think Shane will bring up Terry but instead the money train, then again now I think about it, that would get Ronnie into trouble and I dont think Shane wants to hurt him.

Shane killed one of his best friends. I don't think snitching on another is out. If it came down to it, Shane seems to like Vic a lot more than Ronnie anyway.

Any half ass public defender could make Shanes testimony useless.
1. He already said numerous times that 2-Time killed Terry. 2. The "Tulips incident" 3. The video of Shane and Antwon in the car. 4. I'm sure everything he said during his lie detector test was taped.

That would be an interesting twist to say the least... I think that he wouldn't want a lawyer or an attorney digging into his past especially if Vic was helping them.

In a he-said he-said battle, I think Vic could come out on top... Shane might try it, though... he did tell Mara something like, "The Team's one thing, but FAMILY is another." I don't remember the exact quote, but he meant that he put his family above the Team. Now, did he just say that for Mara's benefit, or did he mean it??

I don't think he'll say anything but it's because he doesn't have the huevos to do so. Hell I may be wrong but I doubt it. A dumb desparate person will do anything on their way down to either try and get out of it or minimize the damage.
