Cop shows with even a morsel of morality tend to pick on foster-care issues for easy targets of dramas. And foster care must be an easiet source of fresh meat...as The Shield implied this season...but this would be nature of the "business".
At most, the Texas teams will find bits of that lovely blonde hair. But a morsel is a forensic morsel.
PS. I have low thoughts about the foster care idea because of a foster care sitution in this block. That woman screams at her Native American money makers all day., The whole system is buffalfo bull shit

That woman screams at her Native American money makers all day., The whole system is buffalfo bull shit Yes, the impression I get (just as a casual observer, without factual knowledge) of the foster care system is that it is plagued with the same problems that seem to permeate other social government agencies--too many cases, too few workers. In fact, it could be worse, because, in addition to having too few staffers, there are all kinds of potential problems in using ordinary citizens who are getting a few bucks from the state to be foster parents or care providers. I found the episodes in this years TS involving the foster care home to be very interesting. When you say "on this block" do you mean the street where you live? Who is this "woman"? If she is an adult, am I correct to assume that she has a mental disorder(s)?
