I never, ever watch Will & grace, because my ex girlfriend used to always make me watch it and i hated it. BUT, I turned on the TV after another long day at the mines (read: office), and saw the serial cuddler from season 3! They don't credit him on imdb.com for the shield OR that will & grace episode "Hocus Focus" (gotta love digital cable), but it was definitely him. He was a client of Grace's, apparently. I then read that Glenn Close was on the SAME EPISODE. Kinda funny, I thought. And how's this for coincidence; Michael Douglas was in the prior episode (fatal attraction connection). OK that's enough randomness for me tonight. On to Episode 4...

The Kevin Bacon game! I've always thought that one was a hoot... I've seen W&G maybe once at most. I dislike sitcoms in general, though I regret never getting into Friends because the eps I've seen here and there were really funny! Fju, do women really force men to watch programs they hate?? Ok, I lied. I did like Reno 911. I bet Copperhead can tell us about some coworkers like that, too!

The Kevin Bacon game! I've always thought that one was a hoot... I always find it interesting. Even weirder when you meet someone and start talking and pretty soon you're talking about the same people! and vice versa. When I was married my ex would insist on certain shows. And he'd have it up so loud that you couldn't get away from it unless you flat out left. lol! I've got a friend who *has* told me stories of co-workers like that! haha! Ky

Fju, do women really force men to watch programs they hate?? Some do, sure. But if you find the right one, you can program - um, influence - them to watch some shows you like My fiance watches Seventh Heaven, but literally, only to make fun of it and jump on the "televisionwithoutpity.com" message boards and bash it. Good stuff...I support her watching it for that reason alone, but I really can't stand the show itself so I can't watch it w/ her. That nasty girl Lucy w/ her rat face....ugh. But anyway, my fiance likes the Shield now, I got her into it, and she hates seeing any violence, death, or blood on TV at all. Impressed? Only other sitcoms I've really liked are Seinfeld, Malcom in the Middle (love that kind of humor - "I found a piece of cake in the shower"), and Married With Children. All three kind of broke the mold a little bit. I was into Friends the first season, but after that, it got too sappy/predictable for me, but to each his/her own. Non-sitcom shows I've liked are Law & Order, X-Files, some NYPD Blue, and The Practice. I was even into Ally McBeal for a while because I thought some of the weird things they did on the show were funny; I loved John Cage & Richard Fish's characters and I was always waiting to hear the next ridiculous sound byte out of one of them. Can't stand reality television...I mean, when I watch TV, I don't want to watch someone eating a bowl of worms or listen to them complain about a roommate. I want to see Vic Mackey lay the smack down; I want to see some weird alien shit like on the X Files. Ok, back to work here...I'm done complaining now...

Reno 911.....that show is a lot funnier when you're down at the bar drinking a few beers!! If I worked with those deputies.......well, now that I think about it I guess I have worked with a few of their "relatives"....the job would be a lot less boring.
Hey CHICK, point it DOWN range!!

Ok, so people know what this UNCALLED FOR remark is about...Copperhead and I were friends when we both live in the Washington DC area. I bought a S&W .38 blue steel and loved going to the range. I think this remark refers to me in my short skirts, aiming at the FBI/boy target, and pumping it full of lead with way too much enthusiasm... maybe getting too excited and pointing my firearm at Copper, absent-mindedly, when she was with me...well, oops!

LOl! If that was "uncalled for"... (dang, need to get the devil face icon up there....) Could be worse, you should see a friend of mine and I when it's just us. lol! (he knows I can handle a gun and am not afraid of them.) One night got pretty funny! NOTE: I'm *very* safe and careful with guns as the safety is ingrained in my brain thanks to my dad. ;-) Ky
