im sorry to bring this up again,
but i cant get over it,
why are so many convinced that Mackey's character would have killed the whole family outside the hospital?
I respect all the opinions in the forum, but I want to know why
in my opinion in all the seasons, vic has never done anything to hurt children,
also when has he ever killed anyone in an open area like that?
and analyzin his character i cant think otherwise,
it doesnt make sense to me that he would kill them, after all the times he hasnt been able to, even though ronnie suggested that shane needed to die even after vic changed his mind,
i just dont think that having a gun out means he woulda killed them, when vic havin a gun out never means definite kill
and im not sayin vic is innocent of anything but i do believe hed do anything for his family,
for his kids too, season 2 man had a gu nshot and wouldnt get checked till he finally saw his kids
on another note about danny bein missin i dont think he hasnt noticed i just think they havent adressed it yet

bachatan, I read your original statements about this in the "Moving Day" thread, and your arguments are compelling, almost convincing. Just look at the events of "Party Line." Vic shoved that giant hand cannon right up under Pezuela's nose. He's still alive. Something in my heart and gut want to believe that Vic was just going to usher them out of the country at gunpoint, but why wasn't there a somewhat obvious clue? With every episode that passes, I become more convinced of Attempted Murder simply because it's going to be tricky for the writers to reverse it.
There's little doubt that Vic's actions are open to interpretation, but I come down on the "He's gonna kill them" side of things because he's desperate. Again, look at "Party Line," when Vic confronts Aceveda early in the episode to warn him off the Pezuela case. Vic is oozing] desperation in that scene. It's just what I felt in my bones when I was watching that episode. I felt it, I can't really explain it beyond that right now.
I do, however, think that the "Jackson is too young to be a witness" line means that he's too young to testify, too young to shoulder the burden of a prosecution. I don't think Vic would have killed Jackson.

I dunno, the way Jackson is growing ... his years are almost equivalent to dog years.

in all the seasons, though vic has killed, taken money, drugs, beaten suspects,
the worst thing or the scene of the shield that bothered me the most for some reason, was watchin he and lem, convince tavon he hit mara,
i think it bothered me more and more, because i knew lem didnt want to do it, and it was the first time i saw vic do somethin bad to someone he liked,
everyone else he hurt, he never really gave a shit about,
and to mention something else the most satisfying thing for me about vic's character was in season 5 when he told becca doyle he would only take a deal, if it put him i n lem's place and cleared the others,
i liked that because it went with the character, and he was doing what he could for the team, his kids in a way

It's magic! Hahahaaa... just hit "quote" on the first post you want to quote, copy all the text in the posting area, then go back to the thread. Quote the next post and paste what you've copied into that posting area above what's already in there. If you wanted to quote a third post, just copy all the text (from both quotes) and go back to the thread, quote the third one and past what you copied above the quote in the third posting area. ;D

I dunno, the way Jackson is growing ... his years are almost equivalent to dog years. SORAS Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome No, I know TS is not a soap opera, but the same principle applies here as well with Jackson's age.
