Look, I ALWAYS buy the DVD's when they are released.... but with the delayed I NEED my Shield!
What I'm asking is, can someone tell me via PM where I can get my hands on season 6 episodes. I don't want to use iTunes, I want to get those ones with the channel 12 logo in the bottom corner.
Again, I hate the idea of bootleg DVD's but I NEED my Shield fix!
Any help is appreciated, of course I will STILL buy the DVD's when they are released.
Thanks!

Reruns are on ABC, CW/UPN and Spike in the early mornings. You might try catching to see if they are there. I know S6 was being shown on UPN/CW early here not too long ago. Maybe Sunday AM around 1AM?

Maybe Sunday AM around 1AM? I talking specifically about Season 6. I've been watching S1-S5 on DVD. CW and Spike are the only two channels showing it right now, and S3 is the newest they show. They did show S6 a while back on CW.... but that was like 3 months ago?

not sure what your apprension is about using i-tunes, but i got the whole season 6 from them for 17.99 and my hubby was able to burn them to disc for me so i can watch them in the dvd player. if u don't want to do that, i would be happy to burn them for you and mail them to you, assuming you are comfortable giving me a mailing address, privately of course. they are the whole, un-cut episodes. i have a rediculous amount of blank dvd's that i "acquired" for free so i would only ask that you pay the cost for shipping. let me know.
ab
edit: i don't, however, want to violate any rules of this site by doing what i offered to do, so i would like an "ok" from either chem or e first. i in no way intend to profit from helping this individual out. just want reimbursement for shipping. thanks.

I thought they coded their files so people couldn't do that. Are there any torrent sites?

i don't know how he did it (my hubby did it for me) but he did. i don't know about torrent sites. ab Let's not talk about torrent sites. My son says you can burn stuff from i-tunes to CDs. I would imagine this applies to DVDs, as well ... duh, you said your husband did it so that answers that. However, burning them to DVD for a 2nd party is illegal, unethical, and bad karma. UNLESS you really will buy the DVDs when they come out. Same thing applies to torrent sites. It's funny, but when I used to do stuff like that it always seemed I'd run into some equal or greater expense soon afterward, hence the karma comment. That fear of karma turned into thinking about the meaning of karma and, eventually, thinking about not being dishonest for the sake of not being dishonest, lol. If it sounds like I'm full of shit, I'm not denying it. P.S. ab, your saying you'd want to hear if it was ok with me or E first was duly noted and appreciated--you have earned a virtual gold star in my book. ;D

(hint hint ;D) but does that equal permition to help this guy out, or was that fatherly (meant with love chem - love my dad!) karma lecture a tactful "no"? ab edit: and just for the record, i also have every intention of buying the cd's when they come out.

I can promise everyone that I intend on being the first person to purchase the dvds when they are released! (okay, E, Chem some others might beat me to it, but I'll be there waiting in line!) ;D

I got caught up in all these posts and forgot to whom ab was referring as "this guy", until I saw your post. ab, you are sweet, but it was my global mod, E, who added your gold star. She didn't even mention it to me. She is also sweet ... when she's not being an angry bytch. ;D
