Vic and Ronnie have to be figuring out that something is not right with Shane, especially after he tried to convince them not to kill Guardo after Vic beat him half to death with the chain. From the moment they kidnapped Guardo and he saw their faces, they had to kill him in my opinion because if they let him go like Shane wanted Guardo and the Salvadorans definitely would have killed them. And then at the end when he turned down the picture, the look on Vics face just spelled suspicion.
When I first started watching The Shield, everytime I thought one of the ST could potentially turn on the others, I always thought that if I were to commit a crime, any crime, I would do it alone that way only I know and can give myself up, but in Shanes case that does not seem to be working out, because even though he went off on his own and killed Lem, he cannot seem to help but give himself away, and he is a cop and has years of experience in covering up crimes, and capturing and convincing criminals to give it up, and I guess I just would have thought he was smarter than that. I fully comprehend that he feels extreme guilt and pain over what he did, but the way he is going, between Vic, Ronnies, Dutch, and Claudette he is going to be figured out within a few days (Shield time of course).
One other item I wanted to get out is about Vics bipolar moment in the end of Back To One, when after days of being out of control and upset in front of everyone in the Barn, especially Claudette, he just all the sudden is better and refreshed, within only what a week or two after his best friend dies. If I am Claudette I am going what the F happened that he is so happy. Just a thought.
