No one can deny that Vic is not the father. Did you see the proud look on his face as he held him? Did you see the look on Dani's face? No doubt that Vic is the father!

Of course he IS the DADDY. The SNITCHES board clearly stated that the father's name was six letters long and had two vowels - VIC A.K.A. VICTOR (six letters and two of them are vowels).

I think Vic knew he was the daddy as soon as he looked at him carefully. You can see Vic begin to recognize himself in the baby's face. Very sweet the way he and Danny agreed, "when he's old enough..." Wow. that was really a great scene...

So is CURTIS... that'd be a killer twist. I can't wait to find out for sure. This show is all about shock value... so with Lem dying... I think it'll be his. We'll see in January!

The episode description for 5:11 states "Danny confronts her baby's father." The only person she was in a scene with was Vic.

Honestly I don't it that scene could make it anymore clearer that Vic is the daddy if Michael Chiklis broke the fourth wall and looked directly at the audience and said "Yes, Vic is the father."
Anyways, I do wonder if Vic is going to truly be able to take a hands off approach to his son per Danny's wishes. What if Danny wants to raise Lee with another man for example.

That scene only made it look like Vic was the father, it was not actually said. If you ask me, she is still keeping it a secret. If you watch deleted scenes in the DVDs, there are two scens cut where Danny goes to Taylor's house and then leaving after he's asleep. Just because the kid came out white, does not mean it can not be Taylor's. Like she said, when he's old enough.

Here is Glen's answer on it, I think it confirms it's Vics. I'm still pretty disappointed they didn't go with Lem being the dad. Also, there is a bit of debate among fans about Lee's paternity since it wasn't expressly stated. The acting in that scene was superb, in that it led me to think Vic recognized himself in Lee's face and realized he was his father in that moment. Danny seemed to recognize Vic's regognition too, and without actually confirming paternity verbally, they agreed to tell Lee about Vic being his father when Lee is old enough. Is this right? Or am I just imagining this because I want Vic to be the dad? [note to glen from admin: giving us this little spoiler would help ease our pain over lem ] glen: I think the scene's pretty obvious Almost all babies look like vic mackey but that one actually does for a reason.
