Dutch is smiling at himself in the mirror now, don't you think? First, he took the initiative to go see the ADA. It was pretty bold of him to claim that he can control Claudette. And he did, because she went along with pinching the 3-plant guy.
Then his pyschological profile of the serial rapist was key in helping Vic bust the guy. Captain Rawling will hear about that and Dutch's stock will really go up.
So, Dutchboy's gotta be feelin' pretty good about himself. He's made impressions with both the DA's office and his own boss--wil he be able to handle his new-found success? Will that little taste of political success make him thirsty for more? Willl he decide that Wyms is just holding him back now?

Yeah, I think he's feeling pretty good (if not a bit trapped since it wasn't what he had in mind when he set out on this crusade) I don't think this one has him going much as it just seems to be him. ;-) He didn't really act like doing the profile was any big deal. And for someone who's, well, Dutchboy, it wouldn't be. ;-) I think it's too soon for him to decide how much success it is/will be. I think gaining more control like he is (re taking control of the situation with ADA) will just feed his ego and desire to control things and that inner demon of his. ;-) And I can see a major explosion between him and Wyms!
