The plot really sounds similar to that show "Life" at the moment (I've never watched it before). But damn I hope its good, and I hope its successful. Walton's an awesome actor and thoroughly deserves recognition, and I really hope it turns out well for him.

Also from that article:
Script was penned by Ray McKinnon, who won an Oscar for his 2001 live-action short "The Accountant."
McKinnon will exec produce along with Johnson. Goggins is set to co-exec produce along with Stephen Kay.
SWEET! "The Accountant" was produced by Goggins' and McKinnon's company, Ginny Mule Pictures, and Steven Kay has directed a few eps of The Shield. I love it!!!

Well, I did chat with him briefly. Still not sure if it was Walton or Shane I was speaking with. He likes to stay in character between scenes and I didn't want to disturb him. I got a couple autographs and we talked about House of 1000 Corpses.
