Hey, it's your thread.... if you're the one taking it off topic, then so be it, you anal freak! Here is F.J. Rio's imdb page... no credit for TS yet..... www.imdb.com/name/nm0727798/

Okay, so I caught the tail end of last night's replay, and it is Pezuela. There. Our Evil Developer has a name.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled topic. . .

Okay: According to the only sources I could find who would give me an actual name, the guy's name is Cruz Pezuela. However, though TV Guide confirmed Cruz as the first name, I've never heard of the organizations that gave the last name. One of them, as a matter of fact, listed the actor F.J. Rio as playing both "Cruz Pezuela" and "Cruz Pazuela".
Does anybody have the ep on VHS or TiVo? The last name is written on the side of the trailer Cruz comes out of to give Vic the picture. I know it's there, but I obviously read it wrong, because I thought it said "Pensuela".
Yes, I'm getting way off topic, but little things like this BOTHER me. . . I watched my tape last night and it IS Cruz Pezuela. I also noticed something else interesting in the credits--see my post this morning in the main discussion thread for Recoil.

Okay, so obviously we all have the answer to Part 2 of my question ("what will Vic do?"). It's funny, because I rushed home from work to get the TV on by 9:00 pm CDT, and was late by 3 minutes. Therefore I missed the actual showing of the picture to Aceveda by Vic right at the beginning. Later, as Team Mackey/Aceveda kind of solidified in their roles and attitudes etc., I was kind of surprised at Aceveda's, shall we say, understated response to receiving the pictures and the memory stick etc. from Vic. Vic was extremely gracious, I thought, in not only handing all that stuff over even before he was "rewarded" in any way (although to wait for his reward to hand over the pictures would have constituted blackmail, which Aceveda was obviously not going to stand for), but in avoiding all discussion of the incident in the picture. He could very easily have tortured Aceveda with jibes about it. Shane certainly would have. Vic took the high road in that respect and refused to let Aceveda suffer. And I was kind of surprised that Aceveda wasn't more grateful for Vic's behavior, even if he choked on the gratitude because it was Vic. But then I went back and reviewed the tape, as it were, because I wasn't sure I would be able to get out of work in time and had set my VCR to start recording the episode right at 9:00. And then I saw that Vic had begun their "partnership" by shoving the picture in Aceveda's face and demanding that he be allowed to keep his job. Only after Aceveda sicced his lawyer on him, did Vic change his tune to "It's you and me vs. Evil Developer, whaddya say?" Which made Aceveda's attitude much more understandable. I was disappointed in Vic, though. As I said at the beginning of this thread, not only did I believe that not using the pics as a threat but as proof to Aceveda that Pezuela was evil and needed to be taken down was the better choice --i.e., the choice of a better man-- but the smarter choice as well. It was a letdown to me that Vic was essentially forced into making that choice. Other than that he handled himself pretty well, though, IMO.
