I was sitting in my den last night and I put in Disc 1 of Season 4, which I just bought. It was the one about where Monica Rawling seized the house that this gang member "Chopper" had purchased with drug money. It ended up that Chopper's mom and young brother and sister were left homeless. That was rather harsh, but necessary. I loved the part where Vic came in and took Chopper's "fronts" (as they call them) and Vic said if he didn't give them to him he'd take them out himself. When Chopper gave them to Vic, Vic says, "Thanks, honey!". I laughed my ass off #roflao# . Then the Golden Globes came on and Glenn Close lost and I was PISSED! #kez_12# It just wasn't fair! Later guys, I got to go!

This was one of my least favourite episodes of the show, I think.
Though I thought that Glen Close was fantastic in the role and I liked the character, I think the writers tried to force the character into every scene/plot possible in S4 whilst neglecting old characters like Claudette, Danny and Julien.
So the end of this episode (Monica allowing the house to be taken) was probably the low point of the series for me. It was such a weak, dissapointing ending that it made me wonder if I was watching the same show that I saw for the first three years. It just seemed so far removed from anything that I watched the show for.
