I'm a bit worried the finale could be a slight downer after the holy mother of God response that "the confession" scene from last night garnered.
What do you think?

I'm keeping an open mind. If what I've read on the Snitches board is even half true, it'll depend on the who/how/what part before it either blows the ep from last night out of the water or if Possible Kill Screen will be the winner of the season. I can't imagine SR or any of the writers to give us PKS and then a lack luster half done waste of space series finale ep. Then again, I also wasn't sure if anything could top Vic killing Terry in the final seconds of S1E1 but it just got topped last night with the confession scene.
Guess we'll find out in 6 days, 7 hours and 16 minutes.

You came close to crossing the spoilers line, missy. I'm on high alert, ya know. Or am I just high? Hard to tell. I do feel a bit light-headed today. I'm holding out hope for a kickass finale in 6 days, 5 hours, 10 minutes, 17 seconds....

I'm not sure. I think in some ways, no. One of the reasons PKS was so amazing was the sheer shock most of us felt during the confession. I think the finale, rather the outcome for Vic, will be something someone has guessed. I mean, it can only go so many ways. I think it will be an amazing episode and very satisfying. I think it will be the finale the show deserves in the sense that once it's over, we'll all say, "I may not like it, but that's how the show needed to end."
Maybe I'm just being reserved because really, what CAN top last night?

It's going to be tough to top that scene. The whole confession was played out beautifully. Olivia muttering "You, you killed a police officer?"......"you son of a bitch". What a scene....
I have a feeling that the final thirty minutes with the Vic/Shane showdown, Vic/Ronnie.....hell Vic/Everybody showdown(s) are going to be incredible. Does anyone know if we're going to see any characters from the past? Any shot that Cavanaugh comes back or Captain Rawling (Glenn Close). How's Antwan going to figure into this?
There are so many loose ends to tie up that I don't think Ryan can do it in, what probably amounts to, 70 minutes. But I wouldn't doubt that he just might. Can't wait.

I'm a bit light headed myself, but I think mine has to do with lack of sleep. Tuesday night had to take the dog to the emergency vet and got back just in time for TS. Last night couldn't sleep. Figures. In any event, I know the rules. You've beaten them into all of the mods' heads by now. ;D
