what I cannot understand is......why is not season 3 one of the favorites of chiklis.....that season is pure f**kin adrenaline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeea I totally agree with you my man, 3 rocked. Personally, I was kinda surprised that he said season 2 particularly. I mean, It had some of the best Shield episodes ever in it( Dead Soldiers,Partners, Dominoes Falling) but it was very uneven. Like the complete canning of the civilian auditor storyline and how that went nowhere for example. Kinda like Season 6 in my opinion. The first half of season 6 was fantastic up until the point where Shane told Vic he killed Lem, and then it kinda was uneven from there out(especially with the most lackluster season finale in Shield History). Don't get me wrong, I still don't think there's and episode of the Shield I don't enjoy watching, and both those seasons in question have more then enough to justify them being cannonized in the category of classic tv. I personally told him that so far, Season 5 is my favorite. That season to me, front to back, is not only perfect, but it did a great job of representing everything the show is about.

I know you said he showed up cause you asked him, but how did you meet him to get the chance to ask him? Just Curious. Well my family met him through friends of both our families and got to talking about music, and my mom said his eyes lit up. It was his first passion before acting.

The selected scene on the official fx website. Where him and Ronnie attack Shane... Well when he hit Shane over the head with the butt of his gun, he really hit him, by accident. So the blood you see running down Shanes head... REAL BLOOD! How cool is that. Goggins and them just kept going and as Chikie said to me "that first take really worked!

Cool stuff So what type of band are you guys? The best way I could possibly describe it to you is a contemporary Beatles. We're very much influenced by great, melodic based songs, like What you would hear a ton of in the 60's and 70's, and progressively less and less to follow unlike 90% of the current schlock on the radio. Sounds good Do you guys have a website or a blog or anything where I can check you out?

ya our myspace is myspace.com/pricetheband. its got some old demos up there right now that arent the best example of what our current sound is, being that were currently in the process of recording our first album. But it's a good enough idea of who our influences are.

What is a shredder?

GLAD YOU ASK!! YEEA a shredder is a guitar player that plays fast, fast licks (scales) , arpeggios... (play notes separately of a scale) ,tapping (playing notes with your fingers of the right hand...like the great EDDIE VAN HALEN)............. neo-classical parts --> pieces of classical music played by electric distorted guitar..... all of this in a clean way...every note sounds like it's a violin or a piano..... this movement started in middle 80's when guitar players started to transcribe pieces of classical music into rock...yeea......... demands a great deal of practice....it's pure virtuosism, it's when you dominate every scale in every position and you don't have any technical limitations to play whatever the f*ck you want..yeeea ( in a fast way..) in other words....SHRED ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When he was on guitar, we were playing blues influenced, Led Zeppellin style riffs.
