I can not belive what happened. What in the hell was Shane thinking? Now we gotta wait for the outcome. It ain't over yet, only for now. I'll write back later after this settles in. I am in mourning over the loss of Lem.

When Shane, Vic, and Ronnie started off in seperate cars, my feelings about the spoilers were gone and I knew we had all been taken. Man, talk about a powerful season finale. Christ almighty...

Everyone is assuming Shane did this on his own. Doesn't anyone think that maybe Vic and Shane planned it, just in case Lem didn't want to go to Mexico? I think the look that Vic had on his face when Shane came to meet them after he killed Lem indicates that Vic knew. This is all just speculation of course. Somehow I just can't imagine Shane acting unilaterally like that.

Holy.
f*cking.
Shit.
I don't know how to feel about this episode. I'm more sad than anything right now. To think of what these guys have become.... actually, what they've ALWAYS been.... makes me feel so many things. Upset, sad, disappointed....
For Shane to do THAT. I mean, Terry was one thing. But Terry wasn't one of THEM. And for him to murder Lem..... In all honesty, we all should have seen it coming. We knew Shane was the one who had the most to lose and was the most selfish. And we also knew that Lem simply couldn't take anymore. I'm just still in shock that it happened the way it did.
The spoilers were totally wrong. And I'm glad they were because I would have been upset if I knew exactly what was gonna happen tonight. When Ronnie's voice came on announcing "previously on The Shield" and then the grenade tossing clips showed, I was like "Oh shit, Ronnie's dead!". Then when Vic sent him off to change the money, I was like "Oh shit, Ronnie's dead!". Lol.... Thank goodness Gardocki is still with us. But R.I.P. Lem.
I have so much more to say.... but I'll end for now. This episode gets a B. Sorry. I can't give an A to an episode where one of the ST members dies.

Whoever put up the spoilers knew damn well it would circulate, and did it in a way that we would still be surprised.

I kind of feel you on that Syko. I'm too sad for an A, but I gave one miraculously. I thought the tagline of this season was just a cool phrase. I didn't know it would fit like a glove. And Cozmo, there's NO WAY Vic had anything to do with this. His reaction and final line for the episode tells us that.
The ONLY good thing coming out of this is Shane making Vic look like a saint now.

The saddest part was when Lem said he hadn't eaten all day, and he was hungry. And then Shane just kills him. Man, I'm still reeling over this...

Yeah, Vic DEFINITELY had NOTHING to do with Lem getting blown up. No way in hell.

I think the look that Vic had on his face when Shane came to meet them after he killed Lem indicates that Vic knew. This is all just speculation of course. Somehow I just can't imagine Shane acting unilaterally like that. Good theory. But are you kidding me? I'd bet a million bucks that Vic had NOTHING to do with that. This was a total jackass Shane move that he pulled all on his own. But again, your theory is good for the simple fact that Ryan is still looking for a way for us to "hate" Vic the way we're really supposed to. And killing Lem is seriously the best way to accomplish that. Vic's reaction to seeing Lem already let me know that he knew nothing of it though.

Vic had nothing to do with it because he would rather see himself on death row (knowing he's made all the calls) then kill LEM.... OMG, I said it.... Lem is dead.
Shane is so frickin' pussy whipped with Mara that he would have concocted this on his own. All I have to say is Vic better whoooooooop his butt.

The minute Shane started rattling off about the little girl, I figured he was going to put a bullet in Lem's head. But the grenade thing. Now I'm having flashbacks to season one when Shane wanted to kill that basketball player and Vic threw him into another room and told him to get over what happened to Terry.
That's the second time I've seen Kenny Johnson's character die in a TV show.

There is no way...NO WAY...that Vic was in on that. His reaction at the end the episode was way too emotional for Vic to be in on that. Shane did this alone.
Shane says to Vic that the two of them killed Terry for the team. "It's over," he says. He saw how torn up Vic was.
Shane did it for Vic who had his ass so many times and for his family. It was for his family, said Lem, on numerous occasions. Shane did it. He was the only one who could because he was the one most pissed about the Money Train burning and about Angie's death. But shit, man. That was crazy.
