I've been waiting 2 1/2 years to play this game. It wasn't as bad as people said it was going to be. The voice acting by the cast is great and it is fun to play thru the various missions which playout like a lost episode in between Season 3 & 4. My only gripes, other than being almost 3 years late, is that the STRIKE TEAM card doesn't make an appearance and I didn't see LEM in the game.

I think the majority of Shield fans will buy this anyway. I dont think it would appeal to anybody else tbh. I'll get it when its available over here

I don't have a PS2 and still see conflicting answers as to whether it is available on PC or not. A Best Buy I went to over the weekend said Target carried it. Went next door and didn't nobody had heard of it or even a release date for PC. I don't play games really but can't help myself with this one.......if I can ever get in on PC.

barn looks good story so far is good, but im only like 10 minutes in, soon as it starts it starts off just like a shield episode, you get a recap, which is all real footage, then you start off in the home where you kill margos, very f*cking cool.. heres some screens i took EDIT - Heres some more before i goto bed, the first one had me f'n rolling for like 5 minutes, some of the voice-overs are odd.. like shane is voiced by walton alot but theres a few things where its obviously someone else, and claud.. is not voiced by CCH, everyone else is voiced right, they could of atleast used soundclips from the show on claud cause it just sounds stupid.. anyways leading up to the first pick she says "Back then they used to fight with there fist, sometimes with knives" and vic replies ill have tons of more pics by tomarrow night with a review, so far my only problem with the game is the camera, its horrible.. Most people *review* sites are dogging it because of graphics and the controls, dunno how the PS2 controls are but aiming on PC is fine, fighting is fine, everything is great minus the camera work, the graphics.. well its not top notch, it looks like the first games that were released on ps2 when it came out, but i honestly dont care about graphics but anyways ill have a full non-biased *yes its going to be hard* review up tomarrow sleep time!

This game looks really, really stupid. If you're a fan of the show, it doesn't mean you have to buy every possible item of Shield merchandise in existence. I mean, if it sucks... what's the point?
But suit yourself.

Yes, but I keep hearing, "Even it sucks, it will still be cool!" Yeah, that makes sense. Plus the reviews say it's terrible, so logically it may be wise to spend your money on something else, maybe. That's all I'm saying.

That's all I'm saying. I see what you are saying. It's the whole risk/reward scenario. Most, not all, Shild fans that play games will think it's worth it..or at least not a total waste of money. The graphics may not be top notch, nor may the gameplay, nor the options. But even if it turns out to not be someone's all time favorite, the price of the game is likely to be worth the chance. Hell I don't play games and am looking forward to it. Does that mean my choices don't make sense? Has made for a good discussion though.

That's all I'm saying. Who cares what other people think of the game, make up YOUR OWN decision its 20 bucks for PC, if you are a shield fan you will enjoy this game, i beat it and im going through it again on a harder difficulty, like i said the graphics are not top notch but the gameplay isnt bad and the story is top notch, just like a shield episode the game wasnt made for the random gamer, thats why it gets such horrible reviews, this game appeals to the shield fanatics and it delivers, if you dont enjoy the shield you wont enjoy the game, if you arent a big fan of the show and just a casual watcher you wont enjoy the game, if you wanna know about the plot holes between season 3 and 4 and love the shield like me you will love this game dont make your decision over what other people think of the game, try it out for yourself, i had more fun with this game then all these 8/10, 9/10 rated games like gears of war and resistance

Got the game on PC at dirt cheap price. Thank god I didn't pay more. Graphics being bad usually doesn't get to me, so I let it pass - as long as gameplay is good. Unfortunately gameplay is quite horrible. The controls are atrocious too. I nearly threw up after playing for 5 minutes.
With all the new high-tech games coming out that look pretty and have rock-solid controls and gameplay with integrity, The Shield falls very short to a standard action game.
The concept of the game is rather good I admit, using evidence for good (lawful) or for personal good (retirement fund). Had they created a system where we could control the game, then we could have a real winner here. The graphics as you can see above are quite poor. Today we have 3d games coming out with smooth good looking models. The Shield's models are blocky and the environments are very sub-standard.
A poor game, and I am usually very open-minded about these things, but sadly The Shield has nothing good to offer.

Anyone have any cheats for the game, I heard that if you beat the game on Hard then you get unlimited weapons. I'm stuck on planted stuff in the Biz Lat's backyard...
THIS IS SOOOO ANNOYING!!!
