The Cure Dec 31 2005 11:00PM The Shield enters its fourth season with Vic Mackey (Michael Chiklis) adrift after his past actions have caught up with him. David Aceveda (Benito Martinez) spends his last day in the Barn trying to bury Vic for good which complicates things for the new captain, Monica Rawling (Glenn Close)

Christ on a cracker... if those are *your* airing times, that means the S04 season premiere probably shows *here* at 2:00 am!! Pass the f*cking No Doze!
Yeah, that'll snag a lot of unsuspecting new fans, FX! Damn, are they ever gonna show The Shield some proper love??

E lives in the eastern time zone, hon. That means you subtract 2 hrs from her times. Then again, I remember you telling me that your cable provider does their own thing with showing The Shield--as in 11 pm your time when it shows at 10 EST and 9 CST. That's backwards: someone should tell them it's supposed to be earlier, not later as you go west! Sue the bastards, ha ha! #kez_12#

Sue the bastards, ha ha! #kez_12# You may recall that a few LUCKY souls in the Mountain Time zone get to watch The Shield later than everyone else in the continental United States. WTF!! The cable service we get will not adjust for our time zone so even after California has seen the first ep on a Tuesday night, we are still waiting until 11:00 our time. I just tape and watch the next day. That's one reason I won't be able to join you guys on Tuesday nights for during- and post-air discussions!
I'd switch back to satellite but that situation is even worse. It often just blanks out entirely for long periods of time (like when there is a snow or thunderstorm). I suspect they get better reception on the goddamn MOON! Grrrrr
