Not to give it away, but the ending was sorta like Terry getting killed.... didn't see it coming.... at least this early! Caught me off guard!

Caught me off guard! yeah, I didn't expect that to happen so early either - I just wish they would have left it between Raylon and Boyd and not had the girl interfere - I wonder if originally FX just had Walton down for this ep and reconsidered later and added that final shot of him so they could bring him back later - it's a good move by FX, I think - they want to get that initial FX crowd and Walton does that so now they can let it develop with the Raylon character with the anticipation of Boyd returning later to get revenge - between this and SoA, FX has a fascination with the neo-Nazis, ha ha (everytime Timothy Olyphant removed his hat I kept expecting to see the Hitman UPC tattoo, ha ha)

I just watched it last night, I was out of town all week. Pretty good, not great, but I will be back for next week. Olyphant was ok, Walton was awesome! I wish the show revolved around him, following the "bad" guy would be more interesting I think. Walton is playing a redneck, but not a dumb one. Nice to see him with some smarts for a change.

Well, this sucks ... I swear I saw a promo somewhere that said the premiere was last night and then I find out it was last week! I kind of liked last night's ep, though it was kind of hard to believe the cop would turn his back on the inmate early in the ep, when the cop was banging on the outhouse. There were some good lines. I'll be watching next week.

THis show definetly has not hooked me quite like I had hoped, at least yet. But seems very solid so far, and I will keep watching. Goggins so far is the true star of the show. Too bad, it isn't focused more on him. But I guess it was better than him being killed off in the first episode.

. There were some good lines. my favorite was when the prison band stopped playing - there was scattered applause and somebody yells "Freebird" - perfect hey E, the schedule is the same as The Shield - 10pm then 11pm repeat on Tuesday and 11:30pm on Sunday

I'm REALLY trying to latch onto the show, I've watched both episodes and it's not a bad show, sometimes hard for me to follow but it's entertaining.... FX is doing a pretty good job of trying to program some quality shows.

My daughter wondered do inmates really wear those striped outfits?

I'm not 100% sold on Justified yet, though my invested time in watching it so far means that I'll see out the season. I am starting to like how Raylan operates. Looking forward to more of our boy Walt.

Viewer numbers have dropped off by about 40% from Ep1 but that is considered pretty normal I guess - what they have now is a solid 2.4 million viewers which is pretty good for a cable show and matches The Shield in its later seasons - they will probably get a huge bump when Walton returns at the end of the season - unfortunately for FX, Damages is really hurting numbers-wise and because it is so expensive (New York shoots plus Glen Close) this will most likely be the last season

I hear Directv is talking about picking up Damages from FX. It worked really well for Friday Night Lights. I like the show, hope it sticks around.

I just read that he's going to be a regular next season. Good news, esp. because he's the main reason I watch Justified. (I do like Timothy Olyphant, though).

I didn't know Olyphant before Justified, but the more of him I see (and I mean more of him! ) the more I like!

Justified is not shield worthy, but Olyphant is growing on me, and with Walt out of Jail, and becoming a regular, I still have hopes for the show. I like it, don't miss an episode, but not in Love with it quite yet, but I felt the same about rescue me and sons, which I now really like.
Hopefully they will get a chance a season 2
